A blend with a deep straw yellow colour combining the ripe melon and peach character of Chardonnay with the intriguing floral notes of Vermentino. The palate is textured with citrus and lime characters, fresh acidity and a lingering finish. This wine is well matched with seafood, shellfish and white meats.

 A garnet red colour with aromas of black cherry, raspberry and spice lead to a savoury medium bodied wine with distinct flavours of dark berries and plums. The combination of Shiraz and Sangiovese grapes give a full textured palate of intertwined flavours and supple tannins making it an ideal accompliment for most pasta and meat dishes.
